Processing Time

Jam Garden offers both in-stock and pre-order items. For in-stock items, our processing time is 10-15 days. For made-to-order or pre-order items, the processing time is usually 10-20 business days or more. Some pre-order items may take over 2 months to produce.

International Shipping Time

It depends on the shipping method you choose. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 10-20 days, while DHL/FedEx estimated delivery time is 5-7 days.
