Order Processing

  • ⚡ Due to the Lunar New Year holiday, we are currently experiencing a backlog of orders. We are processing the delayed orders in the order they were received and expect to clear the backlog by March 31st. Moving forward, we will resume normal shipping for subsequent orders.
  • Under normal circumstances, we will process your order within 5-7 days.

  • During the peak season, please allow 10-15 business days for order processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept urgent orders at this time due to the volume of handmade products we produce. If you have any special circumstances, please contact us via shopjamgarden@hotmail.com or our website.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can track your shipment and contact us for further assistance.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free express shipping on all orders over $59 USD.

Orders exceeding $169 USD in some remote areas are eligible for free shipping. Please click here for a list of remote areas.

  • During events such as Black Friday or similar peak sale periods, tracking information, shipping, and delivery may experience unexpected delays due to the high volume of domestic and international orders being processed.

  • Pre-orders will be shipped only on the estimated shipping date specified on the product page. Although we cannot provide the exact shipping dates for pre-orders besides the timeframe on the product information page. We will make sure to notify you in case of any delays.

  • If you have not received your order within 30 business days from the dispatch date, please contact us immediately.

  • Please note that the shipping and order processing times mentioned above are in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
