Processing Time

Jam Garden offers both in-stock and pre-order items. For in-stock items, our processing time is 10-15 days. For made-to-order or pre-order items, the processing time is usually 10-20 business days or more. Some pre-order items may take over 2 months to produce.

International Shipping Time

It depends on the shipping method you choose. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 10-20 days, while DHL/FedEx estimated delivery time is 5-7 days.

Processing Time

Under normal circumstances, we will process your order within 3-5 days. During the peak season, please allow 10-12 business days for order processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns if they are dropped off more than 48 hours after the delivery date.
